What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
The things that matter aren't trusted to the AI. Appointment slots are verified against your real calendar by software, prices come only from your own list, and invoices are computed server-side. You set the no-go topics, those chats go to a human, and you can take over any conversation yourself.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your business runs in its own isolated instance — one private environment per business, nothing shared and nothing used to train anyone's models. Export it or have us delete it whenever you like.
How long does setup take?
